As Director of Operations, Joanne Richard manages the general operations of BMH. As DOO, she works tirelessly to ensure that clients and employees receive the best from this organization. Healthcare is her passion, thus her extensive background in the Healthcare Industry.

Joanne’s educational background is exemplary with a Bachelor’s Degree from Baruch College (CUNY) in Business Administration – Finance major, and an MBA, concentration in Healthcare Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management. In addition, she is certified by SUNY in Medical Office Administration, Coding, Billing, and phlebotomy. Moreover, she has many years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management.

Outside of work, Joanne enjoys traveling, listening to music in all types of genres, dancing, hiking, and giving back to her community. Hence, her membership in Lion’s Club International, a community service organization. Her club motto is “Service above Self”, and what better industry than Healthcare to apply this motto.
